Based in Balcatta, this role involves estimation of bespoke homes, renovations, and extensions projects valued from $200,000 to over $2 million in value covering a wide variety of architectural styles from heritage to modern.
Responsibilities include: Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential home building projects. Work closely with sales, construction, and operations teams to support project planning and execution. Maintaining organised records of estimates, bids, and project-related documents. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing. Conduct cost analysis for materials, labour, and subcontractor services to ensure projects are within budget. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will:
Have at least 5 years of residential estimation experience. Experience in custom homes, renovations, and extensions. Knowledge of BEAMS is desirable. Present and communicate professionally. Have sharp attention to detail. Be well-organised and able to multi-task. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
