Residential Business Lead

Our client is a leading human services organisation committed to delivering exceptional Aged Care services, including Residential, Independent Living, and Home & Community Care.
Peoplebank is exclusively recruiting for a Residential Business Lead to join our client's team.
This critical management role will oversee the implementation of business initiatives, provide specialist advice on funding and operations, and drive continuous improvement across an assigned territory comprising of 10 + residential aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of quality management strategies and plans.Support Service and Area Managers in quality improvement efforts.Offer expert advice on funding, rostering, capital expenditure, and contract management.Foster collaboration across teams to improve efficiency and avoid duplication.Manage specific projects outlined in the Business Plans.About You: 3-5 years of management experience in the health or aged care sector.Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and track progress on business initiatives and quality improvements.Expertise in managing organisational change, including techniques for overcoming resistance and ensuring successful adoption of new practices.Advanced understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting to provide strategic advice on funding and capital expenditure.Strong leadership skills with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives, staff, and external partners.Deep understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the healthcare or aged care sector.Skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with business initiatives and operational changes.If you are a motivated leader with a drive for excellence and a passion for improving health or aged care services while contributing to the greater good, we'd love to hear from you!
