Our client is a well-established consulting firm that can act as 'Statutory Building Surveyor/Certifier' or provide services as a 'Consulting Building Surveyor/Certifier'.
With projects nationwide, our client has earned a reputation as an industry leader in building surveying consultancy.
They specialise in residential, commercial and industrial projects.
THE ROLE
Due to recent growth, we are looking for a building code consultant to come on board in our Residential division.

DUTIES Reviewing documentation and issuing of building permits.Managing projects from commencement to completion.Carrying out inspections and compliance audits.Attending various meetings, online and in-person.Liaising with councils, clients, contractors, authorities, fire brigade, etc.Approving and preparing fee submissions/proposals.Approving and issuing of invoicing.Maintain a full understanding and appreciation of client and stakeholder service requirements and ensure that the company meets and exceeds those requirements.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in an effort to build trust and confidence in company services.Participate in continuous improvement activities and actively look for opportunities to improve company processes.Display highly developed organisational and time management skills coupled with the ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines.Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork.Share ideas, knowledge and information freely.About the recruiterYour application will include the following questions:
