What's the role Reporting to the National Residential Builders Manager, we have an immediate opportunity to join our Home and Distribution business in Malaga, WA as the state representative for the home building & built environment mid-market segments. The primary focus is the acquisition of new builder customers, developers & tier 2 electrical contractors increasing our opportunity size through the prioritisation of profitable sales growth via market insights, and to offer mix and drive efficiency and consistency through commercial & state alignment. Some specific day to day activities will include; Maintain and acquire new accounts in the Residential Builder & Developer Market maximising the specification of Schneider Electric and Clipsal by Schneider Electric productsIncrease specification via our Clipsal Design Service softwareDrive brand awareness and preferenceDrive profitable growth of our residential builder customer base & results driven focus on sales pull through via continuous evolution and enhancement of the residential programDrive sales process discipline and contractual alignmentCoach and advise on sales motions/strategies for up-sell and co-sell driving digital transformation at our existing and new customersYou are someone who gets excited by innovation.
