The Residential Builders Account Specialist role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and drive significant sales growth with industry leaders. You would partner closely with these key customers to understand and support their business through the value of the Reece product and service. Here you'll have a future you can feel good about.

What can you expect? Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders within our customers across all levels of business, supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertiseSupporting customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logisticsAchieving agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levelsEmbracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team memberSkills and Experience Self motivated and strong drive and focus to succeedExperience working as a key account manager, external sales representative and/or relevant industry/product experiencePeople skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customersAbility to work to deadlines through good discipline, planning and time-management skillsStrong interpersonal skills - to establish a productive working relationship with all staff and customersExperience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package would be advantageous, but not essentialProficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel\Reece Group Our journey began more than 100 years ago, but our commitment to delivering quality products and expert service to the trade industry remain the same.
