**What We're Looking For** We are seeking a business leader with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative management style.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for making a difference in people's lives.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
- A background in aged care 
- Registered in AHPRA as Registered Nurse
- Fully vaccinated ( covid +flu vax) 
- Identify the best path forward for residents and staff.
- Ensure operational efficiency and safety are maintained at the highest level.
- Oversee financial targets and ensure the home runs smoothly.
- Inspire and support your team to perform and grow.
- Strengthen ties with the local community to benefit everyone involved.
