Our high-performing team of passionate and talented individuals works collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for our clients.The roleAs part of a team of experienced aged care professionals, your role will involve visiting aged care facilities to assess residents using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) assessment tool. This position will be located in Bendigo and will undertake AN-ACC assessments at residential aged care homes in the Loddon Mallee aged care planning region (ACPR) on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care. These visits require travel within the Loddon Mallee ACPR with the potential for overnight stays for more remote facilities.Comprehensive training and support will be provided (no prior knowledge of the AN-ACC assessment tool is required).
