Full timeOur ClientOur client is a premium South East Queensland Developer who delivers high-end and quality projects to the market, with a focus on exceptional customer service.The culture is hardworking and passionate about the brand, with an unwavering commitment to their clients and achieving the best result.With several projects in the pipeline and an expansion of their rent roll, they are seeking a full time Resident Services Manager to join their team based in their Mermaid Beach office.This role will focus predominately on new projects and the successful onboarding of investors to the business alongside the management of a brand new project.The RoleThis role is to take the lead on project leasing of brand new developments to the market and the end to end management of the portfolio once successfully leased.Your role will also include providing residents with a world class living experience and connecting them with community events and building initiatives.The role is well supported with trust accounting, leasing support and strong administrative support to allow you the capacity to deliver first class and personalised customer service to your clients.You will work collaboratively with a dedicated caretaker to ensure that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard and residents receive a concierge-like living experience.This role will include:Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliersWorking collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments in the delivery of quality property management servicesProject leasingManagement of resident notices and communications regarding facilitiesConnections with local suppliers and community engagementArrears managementMaintenance coordinationAssisting with the uptake of resident appFacilities booking and managementWorking with in house caretaking and construction team on the rectification of defectsNegotiation and execution of lease renewalsConducting of Routine Inspections and follow up reportingConducting of Entry and Exit Condition ReportsLeading technologyAutonomy and flexibility in roleAbout YouIn order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
