If so, we want you to join our team! Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to oversee all aspects of Village Services within our client contract.
This role ensures the highest quality of work across all village services, meets budget constraints, and fulfills all contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators.
The Resident Manager will manage Heads of Department for services such as Accommodation and Food & Beverage, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Review performance with clients and managementCommunicate operational goals, OHS, and business developmentsImplement procedures to improve customer satisfactionCollect and review user satisfaction dataLead incident investigations and auditsReport to Head Office with site summaries and operational reportsProvide technical troubleshooting and supportEnsure equipment meets specificationsManage staffing and workplace inspectionsDeliver on-site training and promote diversityManage employee engagement surveysImplement cost minimization measuresOversee cash transactions and perform financial analysisConduct OHS Toolbox Talks and monitor material consumptionDevelop new environmental, safety, and training programsFoster strong staff relationships and ensure compliance with HSEQ plansAssist with injury management and ensure service agreement complianceMaintain high standards in kitchen and cleaning processesEnsure staff training and address issues promptlyConduct business reviews and plan future eventsQualifications Experience: Experience in managing and mentoring teamsBackground in FIFO service operationsSenior Secondary Certificate of EducationBusiness degree preferred (MBA)Additional Information Why choose Sodexo?
