About the role:
Facilitate room availability and hotel rates while also ensuring data integrity of hotel information.

Duties:
• Coordinate room revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis
• Maintain data integrity of reservation bookings
• Maintain effective interaction and communication between front office and call centre
• Liaise with travel agents and front office in relation to booking discrepancies
• Lead reservation team to ensure customer enquiries and grievances are actioned in a timely and effective manner
• Assist the call centre reservations team and front office when required
• Action all general typing, filing, faxing, mailing, photocopying, system implementation and general office duties as required
Skills and Experience:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous Hotel Reservations and Revenue experience
• Previous international hotel experience would be preferred, not essential
• Familiarity with PMS and Channel Management Systems is essential
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
and previous with experience using Opera software(preferred)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge in hotel reservations system & revenue systems would be an advantage
well as international hotel experience
• Excellent time management, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends
