Job Description Main Duties:
Administration
Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work. Ensure that the team members are adhering to the Human Resource policies.
Customer Service
Maintain guest profiles and update them on a regular basis. Interact with guests and enable the team to understand guest requirements.
Financial
Responsible for maintaining a high level of room sales by upselling. Adhere to Accor guidelines for all financial-related procedures. Ensure maximum room occupancy within the agreed overbooking policy. Balance the accounts on a daily basis.
Operational
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures and policies. Ensure maximum room occupancy within the agreed overbooking policy. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and courteously. Ensure all calls are handled according to Resa Vision training. Check the grooming and hygiene of the team. Conduct briefings for the Reservation team. Communicate with FOM all information likely to be of interest to them. Prepare the reservation team with different rate queries and train the team. Practice upselling of rooms. Ensure that the team strives to achieve the budget and goals of the department. Take care of guest special requests. Communicate airport pick-up and drop-off to the concierge chief in a timely manner. Mark all VIPs in the system as VIP. Ensure that the Opera system does not have double guest profiles. Ensure that the fields picked up in Opera correspond to the guest information. Ensure reports are in proper format.

Other Duties
Ensure cleanliness of all areas under supervision. Assist other departments in case of emergency.

Be ready and responsible for any job assigned by the Management. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Guest-focused personality is essential. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
