INOVIQ is currently seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Research Scientist with a proven track record in scientific leadership within disciplines such as exosome biology, cell and molecular biology, structural biology, or protein chemistry. The successful candidate will be tasked with directing day-to-day research project activities, including experimental design, execution, management, analysis, and reporting, all while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards. 
Reporting to the Research Director, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating our cutting-edge technologies into a clinically and commercially relevant product pipelines. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of extracellular vesicle capture and isolation products, identification and evaluation of biomarkers, and the development and validation of in vitro diagnostic tests. 
Responsibilities Perform day-to-day project activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and best practice to meet objectives and priorities outlined in the R&D Plan.Oversee maintenance of laboratory equipment inventory to ensure undisrupted R&D activities.Maintain knowledge of recent advances in scientific areas relevant to the Company's focus. Attend regular team meetings and contribute to discussion on research objectives, plans, resources, project progress, outcomes, and scientific issues.Design and execute assigned R&D activities to advance the Company pipelines including NET technology platform development, verification, and validation studies to further the Company's commercial pipelines and intellectual property assets.Perform data analysis using relevant statistical packages.Maintain accurate laboratory records in Company eLN and eQMS systems to secure IP.Provide regular progress reports and presentations on project activities and milestones.Write, review, and prepare technical reports, publications, and presentations based on research findings.PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Cell Biology, Genetics, Immunology, or other relevant field.Minimum 3+ years of relevant post-doctoral research experience in academia or 1+ year relevant experience in pharmaceutical or industry setting in biomarker discovery and assay development in oncology, immunology and/or exosomes.Knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology and/or immunological testing techniques. Methods development skills to translate research to clinically and commercially relevant products.Proficiency in performing routine laboratory techniques including molecular diagnostics, immunoassays (ELISA), Western blotting, RT-PCR and other analytical techniques.Strong planning, critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to solve specific research questions and technical issues.Capability to design and execute thoughtful experiments, troubleshoot, and implement innovative solutions.Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate both orally and in writing.High computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, data entry and computer spreadsheet and/or database applications in the compilation of research data.Highly Desirable Criteria PhD in Exosome Biology.2+ year industry or laboratory research experience in the field of diagnostic or exosome.Expertise in development and manufacturing of extracellular vesicles.Knowledge of quality, regulatory, and safety standards for laboratories and GMP regulations including 17025 /ISO13485/ 21 CFR 820.Expertise in immunoassays (ELISA), Western blot, RT-PCR, flow cytometry and other analytical and molecular techniques.Experience in in vitro cell culture and cell culture-based assays.Novel purification and characterisation techniques for extracellular vesicle.How to Apply If you are a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a passion for translating scientific advancements into real-world applications, we invite you to apply for the Research Scientist position at INOVIQ.
