(HE06) $89,383 to $96,550 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Fixed term, full time position available for 11 months. Contribute to improving the lives of more than 830,000 Australians living with endometriosis as a Research Officer working on the EndoZone project. EndoZone is a co-created health informatics platform designed to support the endometriosis community, their supporters, and clinicians. Using your qualitative research skills and collaborating with our community and clinical stakeholders you will be working on key initiatives to support the endometriosis community and improve clinical management and care for those living with endometriosis. You will contribute to research tasks including ethics applications, grant writing, co-creation activities, data analysis, manuscript drafting and EndoZone platform maintenance.
To be successful you will need: Demonstrated experience of qualitative research methodology with previous experience in a research-related role, with experience in content analysis or critical discourse analysis desirable. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to engage with the endometriosis community, healthcare providers, researchers and other collaborators involved in the EndoZone project. Proven initiative and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in stakeholder engagement or co-creation is desirable. Proven experience with word processing, spreadsheets and research data management procedures.
