We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to develop integrated circuit chips in CMOS technologies.You will be a part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team consisting of researchers in the Silicon Platforms Lab.You will report to Dr Jafar Shojaii and will:Design and test radiation hardened ASIC chips for applications in space, defence and high energy physics experiments.Radiation testing ASIC chips using particle accelerator machinesDeveloping novel simulation methods for the damaging effects of radiation on ASIC chipsThis is an excellent opportunity for an early career researcher to conduct impactful research in Semiconductor, build new networks with world-leading researchers, author high-quality publications and initiate and lead new projects and research proposals.
