Our team are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Reporting & Risk Specialist What you'll do: As a Reporting & Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the end-to-end production and distribution of reports across the project portfolio, with a strong focus on standardisation.
You will provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of risk management, including identification, evaluation, and action plans.
Your daily tasks will include implementing simplified and standardised reporting processes at project, program, and portfolio levels, managing data integrity to ensure accurate reporting, and collaborating with various departments to address risk-related issues.
You will also facilitate risk and opportunity assessment workshops, provide recommendations for risk mitigation, and offer guidance and training to employees on risk management policies and procedures.
Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of continuous improvements to the Project Management Framework and project delivery systems/processes.
About you: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Project Controls Team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: ·        Skilled in understanding and utilising reporting systems like PowerBI, and integrating them with other source systems (e.g., Aconex, TechOne, Primavera).
·        Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining best practice project, program, and portfolio reporting.
·        Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage data integrity for accurate reporting.
·        Experienced in project stakeholder communication and engagement, including facilitating project risk workshops.
·        Proficient in using Microsoft applications – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
·        Qualifications in Analytics, Project Management, Commerce, Engineering, or Construction are desirable.
·        Strong stakeholder awareness and ability to interact and influence effectively.
·        Proven experience in identifying and assessing potential risks & opportunities to the project ·        Experience in developing and maintaining a project risk management procedure, ensuring compliance will be highly desirable ·        Facilitate project, program and portfolio risk & opportunity assessment  workshops.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the field, with prior experience.
This role will require a high level of engagement with all levels of employees both internally and externally to the business.
