Purpose: To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico.
Areas of Responsibility: Unpacking of pallets back from the field and sorting devices into tubs ready for scanning.Scanning in of devices from tubs into CAMS.Packing devices into boxes, labelling them, and then storing in warehouse pallet locations.Sorting and packing powerpacks for testing, boxing up, weighing, adding weighted quantities to PIM's sheet, labelling and storing in warehouse pallet locations.Scanning in pallets of RMA's via IRP.Managing any discrepancies and communicating to stakeholders.Repair Services tasks such as screening, Level 1 and cleaning.Logistics Services tasks such as receiving and despatch.Act in accordance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company's WH&S policy.Act in accordance with relevant Environmental legislation and the company's Environmental policy.Follow all procedures and policies of the Quality Management System applicable to their position.Attend and participate in team activities, meetings, and day-to-day work activities, demonstrating respect.Communicate constructively to other team members and/or company employees.Be aware of and communicate to other employees and to the business, opportunities for improvement in processes, practices, and/or procedures.Actively work with and support other team members and/or company employees to achieve business goals.Competencies, Skills and Experience Competencies: Communication skills to interact within Ingenico and to external customers.Continuous improvement – identify and implement process improvements that impact quality of products, services, and processes.Honesty & Integrity – communicate intentions, ideas, and feelings openly and directly.Learning – identify new areas for learning; create and take advantage of learning opportunities.Personal Accountability – take responsibility for one's own actions, events, outcomes, and commitments.Teamwork – work cooperatively with others, be a part of a team.Skills: Basic IT experience.Excellent organisational skills.A flexible approach to duties and hours where necessary.Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles and legislation.Experience: Experience in a Level 1 testing / warehousing / distribution / logistics environment.Core Requirements: Excellent communication (written and verbal).Good time management – ability to prioritise and multitask.Ability to work well within your team and autonomously.Ability to be proactive and take initiative.Meet KPIs.Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualification, orWarehouse and/or technical service centre experience.As part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
