Workshop Foreman

Responsibilities: Work closely with Workshop Controller to ensure workflow is carried out efficiently, and of a high quality standard.Assist with allocating and monitoring workflow to meet vehicle handover times, ensuring work meets both customer and manufacturer standards.Review repair orders pre and post repairs to ensure accuracy of information meets manufacturer warranty guidelines and that work is performed efficiently.Lead and train workshop staff, conduct staff meetings, and maintain workshop efficiency and safety.Assist Service Advisors with explaining work to customers pre and post repairs.Supervise and assist workshop staff to achieve a high quality of work as expected by manufacturer and customer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
