Repair & Project Coordinator - Insurance Building Bare Recruit and Consult – Port Macquarie NSW This multi-state operating insurance repair builder is looking to support their Port Macquarie on-the-road team with a motivated Project & Repair Coordinator.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously. As such their staff retention is excellent.ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will be working closely with builders and on-the-road Project Managers to coordinate repairs to damaged insured buildings across regional NSW.You will be a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This role involves managing a high volume of incoming calls and general insurance and construction administration.This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.Starting salary flexible based on experience.ABOUT YOUHighly organised with strong attention to detail.Experience in construction related project coordination, claims management, and/or scheduling highly advantageous.Excellent communication skills - ability to liaise with insurance clients, homeowners, trades and in-house project managers.Strong computer skills - ability to pick up new programs and procedures quickly.Efficient, organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal customer service & communication skills.Looking to commit long-term and grow within a company.We are only accepting full time applicants for this position.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
