TR Group is a growing business in Australia and New Zealand, with 17 branches across the two countries. We specialise in heavy gear, and as we grow in Australia, we need to add new team members to our business.

The role in a nutshell:Forming strong relationships with our internal and external customers and suppliers, as this will be the starting point of all your work.Answering phone calls and emails relating to customer bookings and enquiries.Working with teams in other states to ensure highest utilisation of equipment at all times.Efficiently recording bookings and ensuring all equipment is available when required.Responsible for ensuring our documentation (hires and dehires) are accurate and completed in a timely manner.Monitor outstanding items relating to documentation (account forms, insurance confirmations, Personal Guarantees, etc).Communicate with external suppliers and ensure all required equipment is available for hire within the workshop as needed.Updating all service records and required schedules to ensure accuracy at all times.Ability to demonstrate a commitment to OH&S policies, procedures, and regulations.Undertake other duties as requested by management from time to time.You will look to improve what we do, "can we do that a better way?" will be common language in the branch.Working with TR means that you are dedicated to your own development, and we will help you every step of the way.
