We're looking for an experienced Renewals Specialist to join our Renewals team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Renewals APJ, you'll be responsible for:
Manage renewals in your assigned territory, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Create and position renewal proposals to partners and customers. Collaborate with other teams to develop strategic "close plans" and identify upsell opportunities. Monitor timelines to ensure proactive renewals. Maintain accurate forecasts on a rolling 180-day basis. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 3+ years of experience in renewals, business development, or account management. Business fluent in English; additional language a plus. Proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions) , CPQ, and Salesforce. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Ability to build trust and negotiate win-win solutions. Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge. Basic knowledge of web security fundamentals.
