The successful applicant will work towards developing and embedding remuneration frameworks, policies and programs to ensure FRV's remuneration frameworks, policies, programs and practices align with FRV People and Culture strategic objectives, VPS guidelines and legislative requirements.
This role will manage remuneration reviews and salary benchmarking, with the aim of providing authoritative advice throughout the job evaluation process, and to ensure consistent application of process and integrity at all outcome stages.
What you will need to Succeed To be successful in this position, you will have:
Degree qualified in Business and/or Human Resources and previous experience delivering projects/change management will be highly regarded.Solid Remuneration experience & demonstrated understanding of/involvement in (ideally in a lead capacity) core Remuneration activities.Strong collaboration and relationship management experience with stakeholders.Strong knowledge & solid experience in the design and implementation of remuneration frameworks including market analysis and salary survey submissions.Extensive experience in Policy Governance and Risk Frameworks.Serving the Community, valuing teamwork, having integrity, showing respect and being accountable are core values at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV).
