What will I be doing?
Working closely with a very experienced and well-respected GM Reward, you will take responsibility for supporting the development, implementation, and management of remuneration programmes that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. With a strong focus on ensuring operational excellence across Job Architecture, Benchmarking, and other reward operations processes, take the chance to further develop your broader remuneration skill set through exposure to Board Papers, Annual Report, and aspects of Executive Compensation.

If you are a mid-senior remuneration professional keen to raise the bar in a reward role that is both "doing and thinking," then this is the right opportunity!

What background do I need to come from?
You have a solid broad base in compensation foundations and have been working in Remuneration for over 8 years at the Reward Business Partner / Reward Manager level. You have technical expertise in remuneration and benefit programme design and application and are now keen to move up into a mixed reward operations / reward strategy role.

You have strong communication skills, are comfortable influencing and managing HR colleagues and line manager relationships, and you enjoy balancing both operational and relationship responsibilities with interesting reward project work.
