The Role:
We are looking for a full time Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to align business objectives with strategic remuneration and benefits solutions. Reporting to the Talent Manager , your primary focus will be to provide expert advice, manage remuneration frameworks, and recommend benefits for all employees. This role can be based in Geelong or Melbourne (hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Review Process: Manage the annual remuneration review process and provide expert advice to senior management and the P&C team on salary data.
Remuneration Strategies: Review, design, and implement strategies and programs for fixed and variable remuneration, including short and long-term incentives.
Bonus Management: Ensure eligible employees are identified, tracked, and monitored for bonus amounts in collaboration with P&C Business Partners.
Policy Review: Serve as the subject matter expert on remuneration data, benchmarking, and analysis, and review remuneration policies and procedures.
Workforce and Succession Planning: Design and implement strategies to identify critical roles, enable career pathways, and develop talent pipelines.
Performance Reviews: Lead the Performance & Development Review process, focusing on high-quality performance conversations and effective feedback.
Remuneration Reporting: Provide reporting in line with Board, Executive, Company Secretary, and P&C requirements.
Benefits: Administering all employee benefits whilst continuing to continuously improve the offering.
Radiologist Contract and Governance Administration: Draft Radiologist contracts, development of governance documentation and benchmarking.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Remuneration and Benefits role or a Business Partner role with a focus on remuneration and benefits.
Knowledge: Genuine understanding of relevant Australian modern awards and compliance requirements.
Leadership: Experience in leading a P&C team and business through the annual remuneration review processes.
Incentive Programs: Exposure to fixed and variable incentive programs is highly desirable.
HRIS Proficiency: Experience with Workday (or similar HRIS) and related systems is highly regarded.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
Adaptability: Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Improvement Mindset: Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
