**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or media environment.
- Proven track record of independent project management and decision-making skills.
- Strong planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing software, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
