Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at BlackRock in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. This is a part-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and live chat- Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer support efficiency

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role- Resourceful and resilient personality traits- Strong analytical and communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent problem-solving skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
