Job Description:WiseTech Global is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, possess strong decision-making and project management skills, and be reliable and driven.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and problem resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Track customer interactions and feedback, and provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement- Develop and maintain customer success metrics and reports for management review
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent decision-making and project management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Prior experience in the tech industry is a plus
