Woodside Petroleum is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Success Associate. This part-time position will be based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, and will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance with product inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system- Assist with strategic planning and customer retention initiatives
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success or related role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Adaptable and resourceful mindset- Strong organizational and time management skills- Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
