Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty- Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to facilitate their professional growth- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer care management- Report to senior management on departmental goals, achievements, and challenges

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven track record of success in customer care management roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on driving results- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems- Experience in project management and process improvement- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software- Driven and dedicated personality traits- Creativity in finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs
