**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor while ensuring client satisfaction.

- **Issue Resolution:** Assist clients with various concerns, addressing issues efficiently and proactively. Work towards finding effective solutions and escalating matters when necessary.

- **Documentation Management:** Accurately maintain and update client records in our CRM system. Ensure documentation is organized, accessible, and compliant with company policies.

- **Service Coordination:** Collaborate with different departments to ensure that client needs are met. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to support the efficient delivery of services.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and record client feedback to help improve services and procedures. Participate in regular reviews of client interactions to aid continuous development.

- **Reporting:** Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required. Analyze service metrics and share insights with management to enhance client satisfaction metrics.

- **Team Collaboration:** Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes within the client service department. Share insights and ideas for enhancing client service strategies.

- **Training Support:** Participate in training sessions and onboarding new team members as necessary, ensuring that all team members are aligned with our client service standards and expectations.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is required, but a genuine interest in client service and the oil and gas industry is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
