Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a client service or related role.

Responsibilities:- Managing client relationships remotely through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences.- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed in a timely manner.- Conducting research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for clients.- Assisting with the development and implementation of client service strategies.- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.- Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and innovation mindset.
