Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Optus is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues- Document customer interactions and information accurately in the company's database- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company- Continuously improve knowledge of product offerings and customer service techniques- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in computer applications and software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
