**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Invoicing and Billing:** Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to facilitate timely payments.
- **Payment Processing:** Oversee the receipt of payments, reconcile all incoming payments against invoices, and update accounting records accurately to maintain clarity within the financial systems.
- **Customer Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to accounts receivable. Proactively engage with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Account Reconciliation:** Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and present findings to the finance team. Implement corrective actions efficiently when discrepancies arise.
- **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports related to accounts receivable performance, outstanding balances, and collections metrics. Provide insights that drive strategic decision-making within the finance team.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and finance to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any billing issues or customer concerns.
- **Compliance and Policies:** Abide by internal financial policies and legal regulations to ensure comprehensive compliance in all accounts receivable activities.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function and participate in the development of best practices to enhance operational efficiencies.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field. Experience in a global company is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems. Strong Excel skills required for data analysis and reporting.
