Relocation Field Consultant

About the role:The focus of our Relocation Consultants is to facilitate the settlement of individuals and families in their new location. You are a main point of guidance, knowledge sharing & cultural advice on a host of day-to-day topics that impact our clients' lifestyle in Australia. Duties include:
Face-to-face meet for employees moving into your given AU cityFacilitating and accompanying clients on appointments, including home searchesSource potential homes according to the requirements of the clientsNegotiate lease on selected property and facilitate ancillary requirements (such as furniture and utilities)Pre-arrange inspection of schools and other facilities as required by the clientProvide awareness of key local facilities such as medical, recreational, and religious landmarksOngoing support to assist the client in resettlingWho are we looking for?To be considered for this role, candidates should be highly proactive, diligent, and empathetic, extremely organized, and have articulate written and verbal communication skills, particularly with VIP corporate clients and clients from a variety of cultures.As a local of your city, you will possess exceptional and insightful knowledge of the city itself as well as the rental and education markets. A current driver's license and quality 4-door car are essential to the success of the role.
