About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Administrator to join our Operations team and provide support for our Boggabri & Narrabri, NSW villages.This role is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support with a key focus in the areas of rostering, staffing, food safety, stock control management, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to the catering department. Full-time, permanent positions consisting of ongoing 14/7 rotating roster.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support work in stock control management, rostering, and other administrative tasks related to the catering department for our NSW villages.Coordinate, along with the Catering Manager, labour hire requirements, staffing roster of catering department team members which includes staff inductions, competencies training and development, as well as authorising and reconciling timesheets.Accurately order food products in line with Civeo systems, policies, and procedures.Manage all kitchen administrative and maintenance requests as required.Coordinate, along with village management team, all food safety and HACCP documents and relevant system monitoring & compliance activities.Assist with other administrative tasks which may include entering monthly stock take reports, updating work instructions procedures, and completing wastage reports.Ensure satisfactory stock levels are always maintained and available to guests, and continuously seek improvements in product lines and product quality.Any other required duties as required.About YouDemonstrated relevant work experience preferably from a commercial hospitality industry.Certificate IV in Business Administration or HSQE (desirable).Experience in Food Safety, HACCP, and Compliance.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, JDE, and MyOSH or other safety-related systems.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.Knowledge of workplace safety systems and compliance, including responsibilities to self, other persons, and property, including the safe operation of plant and equipment and manual handling.Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in retail, bar, and restaurant operations.Strong administrative skills with excellent time management & organisational abilities.A great team player with experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments.Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts if required for your role.Valid Australian working rights.Remote work experience (highly regarded).What We OfferRostered Shifts of 10 hours including 30 min unpaid break.Annual Staff Retention Incentive Bonus paid Quarterly *Conditions Apply.BYO Work Mate Referral Incentive Program *Conditions Apply.Access to Civeo's Employee Platform - The Civeo Hive - "Home of reward, recognition, wellness and exclusive staff discounts across hundreds of retailers."Food and accommodation provided at our Villages (for those not living locally to the Village).Access to on-site recreational facilities including Gyms, Hub's, and Pools (may vary per Village).Access to wellbeing and employee programs including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and on-site Health & Lifestyle Coordinators, providing personal exercise plans and nutritional education.Exciting learning and development opportunities including internal training and development courses, and nationally recognised qualifications.Our successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including Drug and Alcohol testing and willing to obtain a National Police Clearance.We're committed to fostering sustainable partnerships and inclusive opportunities in all the communities we operate in.
