Release Manager

Knowledge & Skills:Good understanding of software delivery methods and processesKnowledge of the release management function within software deliveryKnowledge of service management principlesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage and work across multiple concurrent streams of workKnowledge of Plutora, Jira, and ConfluenceKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS and Azure)Relevant Experience:As release manager or project manager with view of the full software delivery lifecycleWorked within both Agile/Iterative and Waterfall methodologiesExperience with development and utilization of DevOps methods and tools, specifically in relation to the management of configuration itemsExperience of working within banking environments and systems will be advantageousLeading an organization-level process and behavior change, with direct responsibility for implementing the change through interaction with stakeholders across levels in the organization
