Get the future you more about why Capgemini 's talk about the role and responsibilities:In this role, you will get to:The following principles will be part of a " IT ReleaseStrategy' document to be fomalised.Partners/Vendors building the respective applications will be accountable to ensure post go live warranty.During this phase they will be responsible to triage and fix any incidents / defects raised in production ( With defined entry/exit/SLAs etc).The triage process will be governed by a 'support model', where the customer will raise incidents via the tool ( service now etc) , and as per support model it will land in an IT or business queue.There will be severity management on the incidents and response and resolution times agreed with all stakeholders for the fix to be vendors before the go-live will also be responsible to provide 'Systems training and transition' to the IT BAU support IT BAU support team will be handed over the systems after the Warranty is completed- to ensure the support continues to be warranty handover will be governed by exit criteria and signoff from stakeholders. ( E.g. no P1/P2 must be open, P3 if any must be handed over with agreed workaround and possible fix proposals).The IT implementation process will also contain "Service Introduction Checklist" approvals ( eg: IT security , Infra, DR, BCP etc).There will be monitoring tools in place to manage performance of systems , monitor volumes for NB policies, renewal files IT implementation process must be supported by a "Business Implementation Plan/ Change management Plan"Extensive experience in creating & putting together releasehighly complex runbook, critical care, warranty input & dress rehearsals which involve very large number of resources & stakeholders.Work in very stressful environment, highly demanding business partners & long 's talk about the team:Capgemini Testing Service Line provides Testing and related Environment/DevOps services to various financial clients.
