About the RoleA Sydney based opportunity has become available with BOQ Specialist for an experienced Relationship Executive. The role involves originating, retaining, and managing a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for a diversified portfolio, with the support of a dedicated analyst. Key responsibilities include:
Promoting commercial product offerings to core clients to determine financial situations and objectives, discussing options, and developing tailored solutions.Consistently meeting and/or exceeding individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth.Driving the direction and performance of the Specialist, including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction.Partnering with the Associate Relationship Manager to develop ongoing and quality client relationships.Managing relationships with clients, leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximize client satisfaction and retention.Working with clients' accountants to understand financial objectives and help implement plans to realize these objectives.About YouAs the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
