Job Description As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with Aryza clients who utilize our Insolvency Solutions. Your responsibilities are integral to the success of Aryza's business in Australia, with a focus on customer retention, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is essential in driving long-term business growth and client success.

Your contribution Identifying & leading upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a clearly defined universe of existing customer coverage names Regular existing customer check-ins & account reviews Monitoring client health & reducing churn Addressing client concerns & issues Promoting Aryza product adoption & usage Gathering feedback for product improvements Collaborating with internal teams (support, product, sales, Exco) Assist with other Aryza stakeholders (product, sales, professional services & C level executives) with new client onboarding & implementation What makes you stand out Proven track record of leading upsell & cross-sell opportunities across a clearly defined universe of coverage names Proven track record & experience of working with Australian Insolvency customers & relevant SME industry tenure/experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities Technical aptitude to understand our industry verticals & SaaS products Data analysis for tracking client metrics Project management Customer service orientation Strategic thinking for long-term client growth Have we sparked your interest?
