About the RoleWorking at Stratton Finance in our newly created Relationship Manager position, you will be part of our growing Business Development team, working directly with the New Business Manager to nurture and grow our portfolio of referral partners. You will oversee the onboarding, training and ongoing performance of a portfolio of accounts, providing proactive support to drive relationship and sales outcomes. This is a newly created role that will allow you to add your own flare, developing processes and best practices to drive the success of our growing B2B team. Additional responsibilities include:
Onboarding and training of individual accounts acquired through corporate partnershipsDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive the growth and performance of accountsProvide support to account holders, including product & service training and escalationsAttending trade events, such as caravan and boat showsOngoing and ad hoc reporting to both your portfolio of accounts, and internal stakeholdersEngage in research and prospecting to identify growth opportunities within your portfolioTo be successful in the role, you will have:Previous sales experience, ideally within the financial services industryUnderstanding of financial services, lending or brokering servicesStrong sales acumen, ability to self-motivate and drive to succeedExemplary communication skills, ability to build relationshipsAbility to multitask and prioritise to ensure service and performance outcomes are metSuccessful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.If you are a problem-solving, relationship-focused Sales Superstar looking to grow your career in Finance, then this could be the position for you!
