What you'll do: As a Relationship Manager, your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through the intricacies of property investment. You'll conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's unique needs and goals. Your expertise will allow you to provide unbiased advice and develop customised investment plans that ensure a diversified portfolio. Collaboration is key in this role; you'll work alongside various teams to identify market opportunities. You'll oversee the entire investment process for a seamless client experience while nurturing long-term relationships through ongoing service programs.
Conduct in-depth property consultations with clients to understand their property ambitions, investment preferences, and timelines.Provide holistic, unbiased, and goal-oriented property advice.Develop bespoke property investment plans covering short, medium, and long-term objectives.Work closely with various teams to identify current market trends, property data, and financial projections.Manage the client's journey through the unique 360 41-day sales cycle.Nurture long-term relationships through a 12-month ongoing service program.Regularly monitor and reassess client portfolios, adjust strategies as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the property market.Participate in networking events, seminars, and conferences to promote services. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to interpret market trends and data effectively.
