As a Relationship Manager, reporting to the State Sales Manager for Third-Party Banking, you'll focus on exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive top-quality support.
Your role involves fostering profitable business growth by delivering strong relationship and sales support to a network of brokers and advisers.
You'll promote CommBank home loans and banking products, contributing to the success of the broader CommBank group through strategic client engagement.
Additionally, you will: Proactively develop your broker client base with regular calls and visits. Leverage CommBank product knowledge to meet sales and growth targets. Provide accurate technical, loan structuring, and policy support to brokers. Identify and address brokers' training needs to improve service standards. Address customer needs with appropriate service and product solutions. Maximize settlements, proactively managing retention risks. Deliver exceptional customer service, reflected in positive survey results. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Strong knowledge of local and national housing and mortgage broker markets. Experience with mortgage and lending products and services. Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Commercial acumen and understanding of credit and risk policies. Current, unrestricted Australian driver's license. Intermediate MS Excel skills and ability to perform statistical analysis (preferred). Tertiary qualifications in a related business field (preferred). If this sounds like you, apply now.
