Relationship Director , Australia
What does an exceptional Relationship Director do? We are looking for a talented Relationship Director to join our Sydney or Melbourne team. This could be the perfect opportunity if you are a highly driven sales professional with experience selling strategically to senior human resource leaders. This role will work closely with local and international stakeholders contributing to LHH's ongoing success and growth in the Leadership Development market.
Reporting Relationships: Reporting to Sales Director, A & NZ Direct Reports: None Location: Preferably Sydney or Melbourne but could be based from other locations in AU As the new Relationship Director, you will: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of blue-chip customers. Sell leadership development solutions into new organisations within A&NZ. Partner closely with the LD Solutions Director, Inside Sales Reps and team of Career Transition & Mobility Relationship Directors. Major Responsibilities Sales Planning: Develop overall sales for assigned new business prospects and for revenue growth in current clients. Activities include: Analysis of local market opportunity and LHH market share Recommendation of strategies for LHH's lines of business within LD Implementation planning and execution Quarterly review to determine progress Direct Sales: Ultimate responsibility for meeting assigned revenue and profitability targets for LHH's LD line of business Provides regular updates to Sales Director ANZ regarding sales activity including client visits, current client updates, ongoing account proposals, win/loss record with details, conversion and engagement rates, pipeline reports and progress toward quarterly and annual revenue and profitability targets. Proactively partners with various Subject Matter Experts within LHH to ensure a 'total-solutions' approach to the sales process Coordinates closely with Operations and Delivery Team and Customer Success Team on delivery of local and national client projects Writes proposals, creates and presents winning client presentations, leads RFP response process and follows national pricing guidelines Works with Finance to maintain acceptable levels of account receivables with clients Marketing: Contributes the 'voice of the customer/market' to ensure that marketing activities support sales strategies and priorities Increases local awareness of LHH through active participation within the community and industry-related organizations. Professional Development: Continually seeks professional development opportunities and self-improvement activities. Proactively manage your sales pipeline by fully utilizing all systems and processes (including SalesForce) Compliance: Comply with Quality, Health and Safety requirements. Comply with the Group's policies and procedures laid out in various management systems. Proven track record of year-on-year growth across your portfolio The ability to partner with subject matter experts to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Superior strategic prospecting skills Domain Knowledge: Ideally, knowledge and experience selling Leadership Development or HR related service solutions.
