We, at Flywire, are looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Relationship Associate (RA) to drive and execute our solution to our partner institutions. This individual will work to continuously improve and expand our client relationships in an effort to retain and maximize the value of these partnerships.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Relationship Management (Australia), the individual will team up with the Relationship Management and Sales teams, to support the execution of strategic initiatives (increased visibility, on campus meetings, orientations) and tactics (proactive/preemptive defense) designed to increase payer growth. He/she will help increase revenue by uncovering new business with existing clients, improving client retention, identifying opportunities for product improvement, providing accurate and timely issue resolution and assuring clients promote the Flywire Payment Solution.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive and support revenue/payer/money moved growth initiatives, activities and objectivesInitiate, build, and maintain relationships with student facing points of contactImplement account plans to maximize utilization, growth and revenuePresent products and services to clients in an informative, educational, and consultative mannerAppropriate attention to escalationsOrganize marketing materialsShare/recommend/support potential new opportunitiesAccurate updates to CRM for timely availability of informationMonitor/report/review utilization, payers, and revenueConduct regular reviews with customer success team to ensure product and service satisfactionProvide continuous training and resource material management to all relevant client departmentsMaintain effective communications with client administrators across multiple officesHere's what we're looking for BS/BA in Business, Communications, or Marketing1-3 years of experience in international education industryWillingness to travel (20-25%)First class written and verbal communication skillsExceptional presentation skills, including the ability to address and support all levels, including senior executivesStrong attention to detail, time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skillsProblem Solving and project management skillsThe ability to work alone as well as part of a teamWhat Flywire Offers: Competitive compensation and benefits packageFlying Start - Our immersive Global Induction Program to set you up for success (Meet our Execs & Global Teams)Work within an authentic and flexible work-life culture with brilliant people that will keep you on your toes.
