Based in Melbourne, they are a mid-sized team who are progressive in their thinking and work collaboratively together to achieve lofty goals.
The Role
This position is new and paves the way for a highly self-motivated individual to step in and make it their own. You will manage a portfolio of clients and your initial goal is to understand what your organisation can offer and how they can best support their client groups, ensuring they maximise their memberships. You are always looking for the value add for your portfolio, market insights and communications, event details and concepts for future collaborations, further relationship building and promoting education opportunities. This position requires formal studies in a business related discipline and proven experience in a relationship based role where you can clearly demonstrate required competencies. Salary circa $130k.

A born communicator and negotiator with the commercial nous to appreciate business opportunities and also the ability to flex to whatever level is required to ensure the right messaging. Confident and professional, you can read and hold a room, you have the capacity to plan and execute work without instruction and the quality of your work is excellent. Systems savvy and with excellent written communication skills, you can present to a group and your messaging is on point. You are down to earth and a team player, you are looking for an impact role that holds you accountable, 2025 is your year!
