RCPA is looking for a motivated and creative thinker to join our team at Yatala as a Site Supervisor of the Yatala Factory.
An engineering background in manufacturing concrete products is highly desired, along with the ability to multitask and think outside the box.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for all aspects of production in the plant. Ensure quality checks are completed during the manufacturing process each production day. Assist with the implementation of the Site HSE plan. Ensure all HSE system requirements are practiced for the management of OHS Hazards & Incidents. Leadership role for the production workforce, defining the department organization and resource levels. Oversee the production operation ensuring all policies, manuals, objectives, and customer requirements are effectively communicated. Improve performance to satisfy customers, increase efficiency, and effectiveness of the business. Analyse output, utilisation, and reliability trends and implement corrective & development actions. Manage labour and production consumables to ensure costs are within agreed limits. Develop short- and long-term cost down plans for all plant and equipment to reduce maintenance-related costs. Coach, develop, train, and motivate the Production Team on continuous improvement methodologies. Training and coaching of employees to carry out their roles effectively in line with an agreed training and development plan. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in pre-cast concrete manufacturing and/or engineering. Broad and detailed knowledge of the concrete industry. Good verbal and written communication skills. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
