Make an impact and enjoy seeing the outcomes of your support!All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply.Full-time and part-time positions are available.Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.What You Will Be Doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordinglyProviding support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.To deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Comcare; Lifetime Care and CTP.Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWhy this role:Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + SuperLucrative bonuses for Return to Work, Return to life & Productivity OutcomesTailored career progression dependent on your skills, interests & experiencesExceptional administrative support & high quality technologyNeed transportation?
