The role Working full-time or part-time as an Occupational Therapist, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client's journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they've identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
In this role, you'll be….
Utilise your clinical skills in a variety of ways across icare, CTP, non-comp Corporate and Govt functional education and training and ADLs across multiple schemes Work collaboratively with CTP insurers on complex injuries, discharge planning and RTW Be involved in stakeholder meetings, relationships and achieving recovery outcomes for all involved Using award winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great return to work outcomes Spend 50% of your work week out and about meeting medical and treating parties, employers and clients What's in it for you? Your focus is on achieving effective outcomes for your clients which can be achieved through teleconference, employer visits, worksite meetings, client visits or over the phone.
