If you enjoy making a difference each day and enjoy seeing the outcomes of your efforts, then this is the perfect role for you!All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply.Full-time and part-time positions are available.Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.What You Will Be DoingDeliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities.Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers.Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace.Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients.Why this role:Salary above market ranging from $70,000 - $85,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus structure.Travel Allowance of up to $7,000.Achievable bonus incentive package after the first 12 months of employment.Personalised 3-MONTH induction settle in programme.Social, health, and wellbeing events throughout the year.Continuation of coaching and mentoring from leading Senior Consultants allied health professionals.Wellness seminars and access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Generous Professional Development incentive budget.Individualised career progression tailored to suit your strengths, skills and interests.Laptop and mobile phone provided.Need more holidays?
