In this role, your duties will include:
Conducting Occupational Therapy assessments, including assessments of activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment.
Creating and implementing intervention programs that use occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
Identifying obstacles and creating, executing, and supervising programs that assist individuals in achieving maximum work participation.
Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding programs and helping clients reach their wellness and recovery objectives.
Collaborating with clients, family members, funding organizations, medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
What you will need:
Qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration.
A passion for positively impacting people's lives in tangible ways and a willingness to continue learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness journey.
Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
A current driver's license (must be eligible to obtain an Australian Driver's License) and access to own vehicle.
