What you will be doing :
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work. Conduct assessments of worksites and functionalities Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients What you need :
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist Full AHPRA registration or ESSA Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle Interested in this position?
